Enterprise VDC training

The complete journey from BIM to Digital Twin excellence

A structured eight-level curriculum covering all BIM dimensions, Scan to BIM reality capture, and cognitive Digital Twin operations — built for the modern AEC enterprise.

Who are you here for?

How it works

Three steps from this page to a first lesson. Which three depends on who you are.

  1. 1

    Say who you are

Pick a door above. Nothing is hidden — the page keeps every programme and reorders itself for you.

  2. 2

    Find the programme

Every subject has its own page: the level ladder, every module, and the certifications it carries.

  3. 3

Take the one step that fits

Individuals subscribe online in minutes. Companies and universities scope a programme with a coordinator first.

What we teach

Each programme of study has its own page — the full ladder, every module, and the certifications it carries.

Membership

Three ways in. The software is the same for all three — what changes is who holds the seats and how many.

Individual

For a professional or a student paying their own way

  • A place in a cohort with a named instructor, a start date and a room
  • Every lesson in your programme, with your own notes kept beside them
  • Quizzes and assignments, returned with the assessor’s comments
  • Live classes joined from the page they are scheduled on
  • Module certificates and a track credential, each with a public verification link
  • Your record — progress, scores and proficiency bands — kept as long as it stands

Bought online in a few minutes. One seat, priced up front, no enquiry needed.

Company

For contractors, consultants and owner organisations

  • Everything in the individual membership, for every seat you hold
  • A dashboard of your own: seats used, seats left, and who is placed where
  • Add your people and enrol them in batches, without waiting on a coordinator
  • Ask for a cohort — programme, seats, preferred start — and get an answer here
  • Issue your staff their sign-ins yourself, from the same screen
  • Only the programmes your offer names, so nobody enrols in what you did not buy

Scoped with a coordinator first: tell us about your teams and we quote. Already scoped? Buy your seats online.

University

For schools of engineering and their intakes

  • The company portal exactly as it is, priced per student from twenty up
  • A cohort per intake, pinned to a curriculum version so a term cannot shift underneath it
  • Coverage against the competency framework: which dimensions an intake actually reaches
  • Certification pathway alignment — role profiles and tracks mapped to what you teach
  • Batch enrolment for a whole intake, with a per-student result you can act on
  • Credentials in your students’ names, verifiable by an employer with no account

Scoped with a coordinator first: tell us about your teams and we quote. Already scoped? Buy your seats online.

Choose a door above and the membership that fits is the only one shown. Talk to a coordinator

Who we are

A training practice built inside the industry it teaches, not beside it.

Binaa Academy exists because the gap between what AEC teams are taught and what a live project demands is not a gap in software knowledge. It is a gap in method: standards nobody applies, models nobody trusts, and handovers that arrive as folders instead of as assets.

So the curriculum is built the way a project is — a ladder of levels, each assessed, each ending in work a reviewer can look at. Nothing here is a certificate of attendance.

  • Assessed, not attended

Every level is graded against stated criteria, and a credential is issued from module results rather than from a register.

  • Aligned to ISO 19650

The information-management spine of the curriculum is the standard the client’s own contracts already reference.

  • Taught on live delivery

The exercises are drawn from the projects this practice runs, with the data problems left in.
